Chinese Oil-splashing Noodles

Noodles have millions of noodles.Any way you could thought you may try. Usually I like handmade noodles.As you know just like some famous brand bags are from handmade works.So why they are expensive.

Oil-splashing noodles is one of West North noodles of China.It is special because it need to pour hot oil.Handmade noolde and special cooking way become a delicious noodles.Vegetable and chili are necessary for it.Recently I catch a cold, don’t want to eat hard food, only want to eat noodles. Noodles with soup. stir fry noodles. oil-splashing noodles, steamed noodles are all ok for me. I think maybe noodles can be east to digest.Sometime if you want to eat something so much, it seems your body need the nutrition from this  dish. 🙂

Let handmade noodles through hot water, then pour chili, seasoings and vegetables, pour hot oil  on them.Ok.A nice noodles are finished.

  1. 100g handmade noodles
  2. 50g vegetables
  3. 10g chili powder
  4. 1/2 table spoon soy sauce
  5. 1/4 table spoon salt
  6. 1 table spoon plant oil
  1. Boil water pour handmade noodles till served
  2. Let vegetables through hot water for several seconds
  3. Put chili powder, vegetables ,soy sauce and salt on noodles.
  4. Heated oil then pour oil on noodles.
  5. Mixed them .
  6. Ok. finished.
