  1. one carrot,chopped
  2. 100g scallion. chopped
  3. several pieces of mushrooms,chopped
  4. several pieces of celery,chopped
  5. one corn,chopped
  6. 300g flavour,
  7. 300g pork, chopped
  8. 1 table spoon soy sauce
  9. 1 tea spoon salt
  10. 1 tea spoon sesame oil
  11. 1 table spoon cooking wine
Instructions
  1. mixed pork fillings,chopped scallion and seasonings.
  2. Make flavour into a dough. leave it for some minutes.
  3. make dough into sections.
  4. make section into skin of dumplings.
  5. fill chopped pork filling into skin firstly.
  6. then make four parts like bag. fill into four color chopped carrot, mushroom. celery and corn.
  7. Steamed for 15 minutes.
  8. Ok. finished.
