- 100g scallion. chopped
- several pieces of mushrooms,chopped
- several pieces of celery,chopped
- one corn,chopped
- 300g flavour,
- 300g pork, chopped
- 1 table spoon soy sauce
- 1 tea spoon salt
- 1 tea spoon sesame oil
- 1 table spoon cooking wine
- mixed pork fillings,chopped scallion and seasonings.
- Make flavour into a dough. leave it for some minutes.
- make dough into sections.
- make section into skin of dumplings.
- fill chopped pork filling into skin firstly.
- then make four parts like bag. fill into four color chopped carrot, mushroom. celery and corn.
- Steamed for 15 minutes.
