Stewed tomato and fish

Stewed tomato and fish is a known and nice dish in China.It taste sour and delicious.It also have rich nutrition.

I think tomato is special material for fish. But they are also perfect group.  Tomatoes are rich in vitamins and minerals, grass carp is rich in unsaturated fatty acids, the combination of the two ingredients is not only delicious, but also a green, healthy home dish.

Quality of tomato is important for this recipe.It is better for using red tomatoes.At last tomato will become tomato puree.Fish also will get taste of tomatoes.Red and white color of this dish are so nice.Fish ingredient also need to remove it’s smell with ginger and cooking wine.When I cook fish, I usually use ginger slices and cooking wine.

Pour little cooking wine into fish and put ginger slices on it.Leave it for 10 minutes.The smell of fish will disappear.

They are the secret for fish dishes.

  1. 4-6 small tomato
  2. one grass carp,remove fishbone,cut into cubes.
  3. one part ginger,
  4. several cloves garlic, chopped them
  5. some pieces green scallion.
  6. 1 teaspoon salt
  7. 1 table spoon cooking wine
  8. 1 table spoon plant oil
  1. Pour cooking wine and salt ,some giner into fish
  2. Leave it alone for 10 minutes
  3. Heated oil ,oour scallion, garlic chopped, stir fry for a while then pour tomato cubes.
  4. Still fry till soft.
  5. Pour fish cubes, add little water.
  6. Boiled them for 5 minutes till Ok.
  7. Ok. finished.
